Description

Prepare 4-7 objectives which describe what the trainees should be able to do when they complete the training.  These objectives will be your guide to determine all content to be presented in the training program.  Objectives are a map that takes you and then the participants where they need to go. Learning objectives should provide the framework for the training program.

Learning objectives state what the learners will be able to do as a result of the training and how achievement will be measured. In addition, the learning objectives provide a guide for the content and activities to use in the program and what the program is to accomplish.

Learning objectives are developed based on the desired outcome of the training program. Objectives state what knowledge should be acquired, what skills need to be learned or improved, or what attitudes need to be changed.

Be sure to either at the top of your submission your goal for the entire session or a session title that indicates the overall purpose of the educational/training session.

Your objectives should follow OMAS (observable, measurable, attainable, specific) or SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-bound).
